Here is my food plan for tomorrow, read and be jealous:
Breakfast:
Kay Sheppard’s recipe for Blueberry Muffins (thebomb.com) yes I just said that..
Made from: oat bran, cinnamon, fresh blueberries, dry milk, and eggs.
Lunch:
Chili (taste better than when I make it from scratch with all the bad stuff in it)
Made from: tomato juice, cumin, chili powder, hamburger meat, pinto beans, green peppers, onions, dash of hot sauce, salsa
Dinner:
Tuna cole slaw with frozen peas (nom nom nom)
Made from: cabbage, shredded carrots and onions, tuna, clean mayo, vinegar, and frozen peas
Snack:
Greek Yogurt and fruit
Overall, I’m excited about starting this journey tomorrow. It will definitely be a life changer and I am really focused on being fully committed to it. I just hope that I can stay committed.
